As Graphic Designer for Sears Canada I was tasked with creating a brochure that would attract job seekers to apply for positions as in-store Sears Associates. During that time many Albertans were opting for employment in the oil industry which left employers in the retail and hospitality industries with a very high turnover.
I received public recognition for my contribution to the success of this campaign by the Sears CEOBrent Hollister.
